Our postage options are based on final order weight & parcel size.
I will use Royal Mail for my deliveries (Monday,Tuesaday and Thursday) are the days I go to the post office in my village.
Any parcels exceeding these limits are sent via courier.

Republic of Ireland customers, please enter your Parcel Motel address/postcode when paying for your order. Please feel free to contact us with any queries or to discuss other courier options.
PLEASE NOTE: postage is not applicable to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Non-Mainland UK postcodes. In these cases, a separate invoice can be issued for the postage cost- please contact us first on 07791019302

Damages & Returns
At Handmade by Mollie and Me- we do our best to make sure that all our parcels arrive safely. However, damages can sometimes occur whilst in transit.
If part of your order arrives damaged then please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the damaged item(s) & packaging. We can then arrange for replacements to be re-cut/painted and dispatched asap.
If, in the unlikely event that your order arrives incorrect then please get in contact with us within 48 hours so we can work to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Full refunds are available to any non-bespoke purchase that you wish to return. Handmade by Mollie and me is not liable for any postage charges incurred by the returning of unwanted items.
